Do you deliver?

Yes! I will deliver to you free of charge within a 10-mile radius of Weedon, Buckinghamshire for delivery and collection for orders over £100. Any further than that or any orders under £100 will be charged at £0.40 per mile. You’re of course welcome to come collect free of charge.

How long do I get the crockery for?

Prices are based on a two-day hire. You’re more then welcome to have your items for longer then this period if you require at an additional cost (get in touch to receive a quote).

Help! I’ve smashed one of your pieces – what do I do?

Firstly, don’t panic! There’s no point crying over spilled milk and accidents happen. When we take payment, we take a breakage deposit that is calculated on your final cost. Any breakages will be taken from that deposit. For a full breakages cost list drop us a line.

How does payment work?

We will take 50% deposit once you have confirmed your order. The additional cost must be paid 30 days prior to hire date.

We take an additional 20% as a breakage deposit. Once we have checked all items back in after your event we will refund you any outstanding costs from your deposit.

Payments are taken through bank transfer or cash.

Do you have a cancellation fee?

If you have to cancel your hire any less then 30 days prior to your hire date then a 50% charge is taken. If you give us 30 days or more notice then no charge is given.

Can I come choose my pieces?

Unfortunately not, the collection we have is extremely large and varied making is hard to pick items. However if you do have a color theme we can choose you pieces based on that.

I want to hire pieces for a dinner party; do you have a minimum order?

Not at all! Dinner parties are amazing to hire out to as we can pick some great pieces to work with your dinner plans. Please note orders under £100 do have delivery charges.

Do I need to wash up the crockery?

Nope! You get to leave the washing up to us! We do ask that plates be rinsed (especially dinner plates and dessert bowls).
